Kos Hamam

Your Hamam experience begins with a convenient pick-up from anywhere on the island. So whether you’re staying in Kos Town, Tigaki, or any other area, you’ll be transported to hamam without extra cost.

Pick-up times are at the beginning of each hour between 09:00 – 18:00.

Upon arrival at Hamam, you’ll be greeted by staff who will guide you through the process and explain the various treatments available.

You’ll recieve a locker to store your belongings, and you secure your belongings there. You’ll also recieve a traditional peshtemal to wear during the experience.

Your journey to relaxation begins with a sauna session, which will help to soften your skin and prepare it for scrubbing. Sauna is a traditional part of the Hamam ritual. It will open up your pores and help to remove impurities from your skin.

After sauna, you’ll have to a refreshing shock shower that will help to improve blood circulation, boost the immune system, and provide perfect stress relief.

Shock shower is a vital part of the experience and will help your body and mind relax.

Highlight of the Kos Hamam experience is scrubbing, which involves a deep skin exfoliation to remove dead skin cells.

Scrubbing is done on a heated marble slab and involves use of a special kese mitt. Kese mitt is made from natural fibers and is designed to remove dead skin cells and leave your skin glowing with health and beautifully soft.

After the scrubbing, you’ll have a relaxing full-body foam massage that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Foam massage will clean your body and improve blood circulation. Foam is made from a special soap that is mixed with water to create a rich and luxurious lather.

With 40 minutes of anti stress massage you will return to a state of calm. This massage reduces muscular tension caused by stress. It eliminates unpleasant sensations from stressful situations and creates a relaxing effect, leading to a sense of well-being.

Facial treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a relaxing facial massage. During the treatment, your skin will be peeled, firmed, and lifted. Special attention will be given to your chin, cheeks, and forehead. A lifting and firming microcurrent will also be used.

After the Turkish bath ritual, you’ll have the opportunity to relax in the tranquil surroundings of Artemis Hamam Kos. You can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the cozy relaxation area or take a dip in the plunge pool to cool off.

You can also take advantage of the other amenities available, such as the vitamin bar, nail studio, hair dresser, textile & gift shops, and more.

Drivers will drop you back to your hotel / apartment after your Turkish bath treatment.
